Hi, I'm Peter. Some people call me PK.
I've spent more than 25 years working with businesses, leaders, and teams across Europe, Africa, the Middle East, Asia, and the Pacific. Along the way, I've held national, regional, and global leadership roles, including with Red Bull.
Those experiences taught me a great deal about leadership in all its forms.
The Human Side of Business
What fascinates me is that behind every business challenge, there is a story.
A leadership decision.
A team searching for direction.
A tough conversation that needs to happen.
A leader trying to do the right thing under pressure.
Business problems are rarely just about strategy, processes, or numbers. More often, they're about people.
How I See It
I care about honest conversations, practical thinking, and helping people make progress without adding unnecessary complexity.
I believe in challenging assumptions, asking difficult questions, and helping people see situations from a different perspective.
Above all, I believe leadership is a responsibility.
Not a position.
Not a title.
A responsibility to help others succeed, and leave things better than you found them.
It's a responsibility I continue to learn from every day.
What Experience Has Taught Me
Every team has its own dynamics.
Every business has its own context.
The best insights come from listening and observing. Only then can you identify what will make a difference.
And before deciding what needs to change, it's important to recognise what's already working.
That's why I've never been interested in quick fixes or one-size-fits-all solutions.
